The VLS you mention of turkey are inferior. Only USA and China countries successfully developed multi purpose VLS which single silo handles multiple weapon. The propulsion system you mention exist only as model and paper. It is very difficult and need huge extensive fund to develop world class propulsion. I highly doubt turkey can developed such system in even 15 years.
Most of the ship you mention build by turkey are very small ship. LPG tanker are qualify to be build by a handful of top shipbuilder. And turkey is definitely not one of it.
