it's indeed took china longer than expected to develop ws-10A, though ws-10A now finally appears running stablely on J11B.
quite many chinese ppl already got frustrated with ws-10A's slow progress. however, if china took the same approach like what drdo did by announcing 'deadline' agian and again to the public, more chinese ppl will overwhelmingly curse the drdo counterpart in china to hell.

Difference is in accountability : DRDO's books are audited by the Indian CAG and its projects answerable to Parliament and the Government is finally accountable for DRDO and of course Governments in India get booted out of power. Therefore they have to be transparent. The PLA is a state within a state and is not accountable to the Chinese people as is the CCP.

i am now getting the feeling that DRDO officials/scientists are just warming up their seats with their A$$$S.....sometimes i doubt their intellectual capability compared to other scientists acorss the planet...........years upon years the key defence equipment dates keep increasing.........

y do they forget that they are responsible for the defence needs of their nation........inspite of so much money and funding they still cant manage to get things done appropriately...........y do they forget that they are embarassing the whole nation bcoz of their impotency......we are now becoming a laughing stock.....

for eg. HAL is producing russian fighters since so many years now under TOT............wat happens? they still dont have any expertise and have made LCA a laughing stock....

indian members dont need to take this message personally...........you should ask yourselves how long will we stand by DRDO and other guys? how long we should support them.........they dont know the worth of their work.....and dats y we just get dates ........

tarikh pe tarikh...........aur kuch nahi.............in the name of indegineous also our equipments have more than 60% foreign parts........WTF.....

we need a complete changeover............division of DRDO labs under different authorities managing their own expertise.......

we dont need mosquito repellants............we need defence equipments
