Pakistan should first hold a plebiscite in it's own country specially NW and Baluchistan.Also Pakistan should remove the phrase where they force Po K residents to sign a deal and not a democracy.

Pakistan has never agreed to hold a "plebiscite" in KP or Baluchistan with the UN unlike india which took the issue of kashmir to the UN.........so you take the issue to the UN and then agree to hold a vote but then backtrack with every excuse in the book used to not hold a referendum.
If you want pakistan to hold a vote in KP Baluchistan maybe india can "show us the way" by holding a vote in Arunachal Pradesh,Assam,Manipur,Meghalaya,Mizoram,Nagaland,Tripura,Punjab ect ect.

What about the million+ muslim kashmirs forced out from there homeland by the indian army.

I have said many times; trying to take Kashmir by force was biggest mistake Pak did, creating excuse for India to intervene which led to India getting 2/3 Kashmir(now 43%).

I think you find that it was india that sent its forces into kashmir first which led to a response by pakistan.

This mistake will haunt Pak for decades.

Why does it "haunt" us ?......Where not the ones with a security force that numbers half a million+ pinned down in kashmir for the last so many decades.
