There is no need for any such declaration, though Simla Agreement has since long lost its value and relevance.

This thinking and silly mentality is why India always outplays Pakistan in polticial and strategic space, always!!! This mentality of, "it is not working, so it can't apply'... The Treaty is VALID as Pakistan is still formally commited to IT as is India, as it has not withdrawn from it even though it is obviously not working.

If the Simla Agreement has since long lost it value, then why not withdraw from it? What is the downside to withdrawing from it ??????

Militancy is what defeated the Soviet Union and now the US in Afghanistan so underestimating the power of an insurgency is quite silly.

To me the Kashmiris have no other choice. And Pakistan should take full advantage of this fool hardy move.

Kashmir – Now or NEVER for Pakistan

Indians say that article 370 proclaiming special status for the Kashmir State was just a temporary measure. This is just half expedient truth from the Indian side. Second portion of the same agreement was that only a plebiscite will determine the future and final status of Kashmir, which the Indian side conveniently forgets.

Each passing day brings to light the Indian atrocities, killings of the innocents, and barbarities on women and children. The state is under complete curfew and lockdown. It should be remembered that Ladakh today is 61% Muslim, and the rest Buddhist, with hardly any Hindus in that portion of Kashmir. The Kashmir valley is 95% Musilm, and the rest Hindus and Buddhists. Prior to partition the Jammu city was also 90% Muslim. It is still a 45% Muslim populated area. In any case, at the present moment Kashmir is still a predominantly Muslim Sate. This is what the fascist and extremist government of Narinder Modi wishes to change by force.

Pakistan is party to the dispute. Kashmir is an unfinished agenda of the partition. The Kashmiri leaders, who are imprisoned at this stage, are now proclaiming that Mr. Jinnah was correct. The two nation theory was correct. The Muslim majority areas could not be submerged in the Hindu domination, as this would result in their religious and cultural genocide. Indian actions in Kashmir today are a supreme vindication of the path that Allama Iqbal and Muhammed Ali Jinnah bestowed for the Muslims of British India.

Narinder Modi is today shivering in his pants when contemplating how Pakistan will respond to the Indian annexation of the Kashmir State. Narinder Modi has taken a huge gamble. The gamble that Narinder Modi has taken in annexation of Kashmir is that Pakistan will not respond at Indian designs on the Kashmir State. If Pakistan remains a silent spectator at this Indian misadventure, then Kashmir will be lost irrevocably and forever for Pakistan.

It is time for Pakistan to act. It is time for Pakistan to intervene in Kashmir, and take back from the fascist Indians what is rightfully a state of Pakistan. Kashmiris are crying out for help. It is now or never for Pakistan and Kashmir! It is time for Pakistan to take back Kashmir from Indian hegemony! History will never forget or forgive Pakistan, if Pakistan fails at this critical juncture to reclaim their sate of Kashmir.

Pakistan can't wages a a long war against India. In a prolong war India might even tried to capture the Pakistani control Kashmir. Beside if war continue it can ultimate bring nuclear war which will destroy whole Pakistan Afghanistan India China Iran. Kashmiris themselves need to fight against the Indian occupation and Pakistan must provide adequate training and weapons to the Kashmiri fighter.

I think a flush strategy would work very well go in give guns to each Kashmiri and then multiple play the force on ground from local Warriors
