Simply because a criminal needs to be convicted by the courts and not by this forum?
Unfortunately, every oppressive government uses the existing courts system to either use legal technicalities to allow criminals to escape real justice or use the court system to punish the progressive, the intellectual and the revolutionary. For example, the British colonial government in India convicted Bhagat Singh and other Communists before him ( the so-called Meerut Conspiracy Case for example ) while at the same time not punishing the Hindutvadis and the Muslim feudals and regressives. The pattern today too is the same. Umar Khalid in jail for the last one and half years, and Ashish Mishra released from jail a few days before Uttar Pradesh went to election so that the votes of his community - Brahmins - should go to the BJP.
Bruv we never said we would be secular, most of us are very clear, we hate Hindus
But this is also why we were always sure that the populations needed to be divided
It's you idiots who have everyone stuck together, waiting for someone to light the fuse
1. So if "you" never said you would be secular it is alright to allow "blasphemy"-related lynch mobs ?
2. Would the Pakistani constitution not have been bettered or modified as need be if Faiz Ahmed Faiz and his Communist and Socialist comrades have succeeded in establishing a leftist governance system in 1951 ?
No we don't hate Hindus, that was never the reason for partition
Jinnah himself wanted equality between all religions
Thank you for that. It is often ignored by those Pakistani members of PDF who declare banally - "Thank you, Jinnah".
