Kashmir was a separate country for 24 hours.. then Pakistan decided to raid and capture... and king decided to join India in lieu of military support...

It is a lie. Local people of current AJK revolted against Maharaja of Kashmir before independence, created war council (AKRF regiment), liberated some districts and made first AJK government under leadership of Sardar Ibrahim Khan. Be informed there was already ongoing freedom struggle against atrocities of Maharaja since 18th century later turned full fledged rebellion in the form of freedom base camp.

Kashmir is going to be with India. No need to speculate on things that has no chance of being true.

Even Maharaja's son who is a true heir said that Kashmir is not an integral part of India.

Proof it by any partition plans document that subcontinent was divided into 3 countries
Pakistan , India and Kashmir and I will agree with you
But if you can't then on logical grounds you have to agree with me

The division was based on majority population and Kashmir is a Muslim majority area
On reports of Indians army invading jammu , the Kashmiri people and gilgat people started the war , at that time Pakistan was not in the shape to do so , but later they joined it and got azad Kashmir

Princely states had the right to join any country they wanted

Hyderabad and Junagarh also wanted to join Pakistan
but thy could not

Same rule applied to Kashmir

Yep India if something not going it's way will say it's empty words

I'm not here to argue with you but in modern world and under un charter, India need to listen to state people otherwise it's never going to settle down
