Karnataka corner!

My Grandpa was an Angutha-Chhap Soldier :D

served in british Army during WW2 and then U.P police for 36 years. . . . i wonder how he managed his Service in Police :hitwall:

He was given a personal deewan to write all the FIRs and other paper works :sarcastic:

We are the first generation who finished school in my house. My mom did her 4th std and my dad his 2nd std. Mom still manages to read and write 4 languages while dad can manage 2.

People get called worst than that. It's nothing but pure political opportunism for the opponents... & they will exploit that no matter what during this political season where stakes are pretty high!

As if Kerala needs a party that does nothing but agitate.

We have the communists for that. Hopefully the older generation passes the mantle to the younger generation who are less socialistic

There was one Rajput guy (some small time prince) who was apologizing to me on facebook, saying that his clan let down India and that he is going to do everything to restore India back to its glory.

He was a Commie?

He was hardly political. I think his poverty embittered him

He took up job as a village officer. had arguments with every religious group in the village. But people still respected him because he refused to take a bribe.

He didn't die rich as a result.

But he was against organised religion? Or was it the case that those who approached him with favours were incidentally Religious groups?
