Broadly, it was lacking the details to be successful. It also closed another door for a misadventure.

India has always needed the kick in the a$$ to wake up and Pakistan has been glad in providing it all the time.

That is later on and there is no real proof who intercepted it, it could have been China itself.. I heard it from Mr Sethi, however it could be, cannot be denied.
