Well, Salees urdu is something that Pakistanis lost themselves but as a general comparision; the average educated college going Pakistan is ten times more aware of the world and events than their Indian counterparts. Call it a sense of curiosity or a need for knowing stuff; but I have met very few Pakistanis who were unable to describe Indian culture and ideas inaccurately.
You will never meet a Pakistani abroad who will look surprised when meeting an Indian from Gurgaon or one from Vishakapatnam. On the other hand, most Indians who meet Pakistanis are generally expecting someone who looks like this.
