Of course it is. His views were listened to and found rubbish and dismissed. His killing is an entirely secular enterprise I suspect. Just like that guy in Maharashtra, Dabolkar. Mind you the Maharashtra police even under congress could not find any Hindu extremist killer of Dabolkar.

Frankly speaking I do not understand why do ppl make such controversial statements in the first place. His statement about urinating on idols can definitely not be categorised as a peccadillo. On their part Hindus could have ignored such statement rather than creating a hullabaloo. This way they would have silenced many critics of Hinduism.
MM Kalburgi's case is interesting because he was killed immediately after his protection was removed and so far no group has made any claims.

MM Kalburgi's case is interesting because he was killed immediately after his protection was removed and so far no group has made any claims.

i didn't know he had police protection before and it is fishy that it was removed.

what i know is that his students were supposedly guarding him.

why couldn't the rajput males have a pre-battle arrangement made with the attackers for securing the status of the rajput ladies??

unless for the relevant rajput men, the presence of the muslim was so hate-filling that they would rather kill their ladies than let them hear a "salaam" from the attackers.

anyway, later muslim rulers engaged the rajputs in friendship.

Why couldn't Muslims treat the women prisoner with dignity? Is that something that had to be told to them?
