On a serious note, Congress govt just lost BBMP polls. They also withdrew the guards assigned to this asshole. Could it be they also arranged the murder of this old hag just to prepare the grounds for discrediting Hindutva and BJP as an alternative in the future.

There was no mob, just 2 guys who came to murder. Kalburgi remained widely respected across the political spectrum for his research & study of ancient Kannada literature even if he was prone to making controversial remarks. In any case, there has been widespread condemnation of the murder across the state including by top leaders of the BJP. Difficult to stop a loony fringe from doing what they do, this remains a very rare incident, unheard of in this state though a couple of cases have happened in the neighbouring state of Maharashtra. The police are looking at a possible connection.

1. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was from quraish tribe so please do not come up your half-baked stories

2. The Prophet was from the same tribe and he was immensely honest so they know about his good character

3. His opponents that is quraish tribe majority of were NOT at all tolerant. They prosecuted everyone who followed Muhammad (PBUH), and expelled them from their land for many years.

4. This thread is about killing of a man in India alledgly by Hindu extremists for saying things against hindu gods, and not about Pakistan, Islam or Muhammad (PBUH), so better stick to topic and do not try to hide your own faults.

I am not OK with the manner in which he (the man who was shot) criticized the idols and their worship(like peeing etc) but I don't feel he should be killed for making such statements..no one has seen God..and taking him that seriously is foolish...OK if you really believe him,leave it to him..he will take care of himself.you need not protect his honour.
