Supporting farmer' movement in Singur and Nandigram against acquisition of land by industrialists in case of Singur it was TATA and in Nandigram it was some Petrochemical company and the Government was ran by left ironically. Her socialist policies strongly support leftist tinge. Infact most regional political parties have kind of leftist tinge due to their huge support of social policies.
