kalboshan won't be hanged:informative column by javed choudary

I knew this was coming.
You guys are best at making excuses.
You must go through all events of this case for a reminder.
These are not too old events.
Your army had been already convicted him and gave punishment of death.
Your army was desperately ready to hang him.
But suddenly India filed a case against the Pakistan's army court. And all your so called proofs went in vein through hearing in ICJ and hold the death stance.
You were forced to change your decision.
Well, may be ICJ stop his hanging temporarily . But , he will not be released , nor any Indian official get any access. So, he is dead or alive , useless for Indian. But, Indian has extreme habit of imposing there term and conditions. Rest of SAARC countries may be , but not Pakistan.

Statements under police / military custody are not considered valid in court

Did you believe, he falsely stated his service number and his rank?

:pop: hang him already, doctored videos, and cheap brownie point scoring is not going show you guys as saints!

We also doctored his passport, his presence in Chabahar.

He is booked under Terrorism and espionage, nothing should be made public and he is not suppose see sunlight again for rest of his life, and keep giving us information. Naval Commander has lots knowledge worth of keeping him alive and feeding him beef.

Doesnot matter what I believe, what you believe,
The rule says "Statements under custody of Police and Military are not valid inside court", So If he says otherwise in ICJ then that will be considered as the statement of the accused and not what he told previously

Where are your rules when you set allegations on Pakistan and its citizen and demand US to declare them terrorist?

Then execute him then. Why the backtracking?

Pakistan actually saved Kulbhoshan is saved from RAW's execution plan.
His wife and mother were tasked to pass him poison on first opportunity, which they failed to carry along during the meetup.

Everything India does is under the purview of the rules, that's why it gets accepted

Service number might be correct but the confession holds no value in courtroom,
As per your logic he also correctly stated his mane "Kulbhusan" that doesn't mean entire statement is correct

Says person who's PM is master mind of genocide of Gujrati Muslims.

Where does confession hold value, if not court?

Pakistani members don't worry Kalbhoshan Jadev will die every day when he eats Nihari in morning, beef birayani at lunch and bihaari kababs at dinner.

Confession inside court in witness box holds value, not under custody

It's probably true. We're cowards.
Speak foe yourself. Sometime killing someone is not the answer. You may get more mileage out of getting them live and suffer than killing them

He has already faced court and went through all the judicial process.... may be he still have the right of final appeal for this Indian govt. is not willing.

Because our government is...
