Kalabagh Dam - Why it wasn't developed and still isn't?

He is not chief martial law administrator, an elected PM, all big projects affecting more than one province should be approved by NA for provincial buy-in and better harmony

Why can't Nawaz Sharif order an executive order and get this Kalabah dam built? Does he not have the power? Do you need majority of what?



Why are they against it? Why can't PM order executive order .... water is important for the country doesn't matter what partys or groups think....


What are the negatives of Kalabah Dam? Pak needs this...
