I am really surprised that how Apex Court let him to listen the proceedings while he is already a party against PM in another case?

As far as I know, Justice Faiz will never be the part of any case against IK. In-fact, he shouldn't be sitting in this case as well.

this case was forwarded to a senior bench for hearing and it was his work he made the case be brought in front of CJ and other senior judges who saw through his rouse easily enough. But why is he still a judge when he has to answer for his deeds. banana republic much? now that he admitted that he was being guided by whatsapp messages and its not difficult to see thats its PDM was behind this too.

It may be recalled that today Justice Qazi Faiz Issa while giving remarks in the court had said that I have received a WhatsApp message and I have been sent the documents of development works in NA-65 through WhatsApp.

As I said before controversial judge Isa should not be hearing this case in the first place. Its indeed a banana republic where judges of the highest court are allowed to hear cases when thier own integrity is in question.

Chief Justice said the same in his damning verdict against Faez Isa as well:

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The final verdict given by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed in the funds allocation case against Prime Minister Imran Khan says that it was not right for Justice Qazi Faez Isa to hear the case, and impartiality warrants that Justice Isa may not hear cases related to the PM.
According to details, the five page verdict penned by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed said that Justice Faez Isa referred to WhatsApp messages and documents provided by an unknown source, copies of which were also provided to the Attorney General.
Justice Qazi Faez Isa said he could not say for sure whether the documents received were genuine or not, and the Attorney General also raised questions over their authenticity. The Attorney General requested that the unverified documents not be made part of the official record.
According to the verdict, Attorney General said that if a judge is a complainant, it is not appropriate for him to hear the case against the same party.

Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed said that in this situation, it was not appropriate for Justice Qazi Faez Isa to hear the case as he has personally filed a petition against Prime Minister Imran Khan. Considering the principle of un-biased and impartial justice, Justice Isa should not hear cases against the Prime Minister.

I don't think qazi faez would make it to becoming the the chief justice now. he has been barred from hearing any cases against Prime Minister Imran Khan which he was using as revenge tactics for the presidential references against him and on behalf of the noora family. now the government will pursue the hidden (now exposed) properties of qazi faez with full force. I don't see this guy surviving...frankly, this is very humiliating for the "inqalabi judge" faez, if he had any backbone and any ghairat (which he doesn't), he should resign and leave the supreme court premises with a paper bag over his head.
