As I suspected Justice "Gutter min Iblis" was playing tricks purposefully on PTI's federal government. He wanted to involve PM Imran Khan in this bail plea. Despite Federal Government not part of the case at all.

How men like these become justices in Pakistan!!!
Justice "Gutter min Iblis" should be prosecuted immediately and sent for a long sentence. Hanging is a better option.

He would be free after Tuesday. He would be in Shairf Medical Complex and he would be creating political unrest.
This is just a hogwash, he is not seriously ill. He is faking it, I have no doubts.

They know what they have administered and how to cure him, once he is out of the jail.
This could only happen in Pakistan.
There are no courts on Saturday. Why the IHC constituted the bench on Saturday!!

I had started entertaining some hope for Pakistan, in the past about 2 years, thinking that our Establishment has learned some lessons from the past. It appears that I was wrong. They are still the same bunch of scoundrels and rascals, as ever.

This man and his brothers are very influential in Pakistan and specially in journalism.
He was President of one of the journalist's organisation in Pakistan.
What he says makes mockery of law and order in any country, not only in Pakistan.
He is so desperate to support PMLN, Nawaz and Judiciary and oppose PTI that he says that Federal and provincial governments should release all seriously ill inmates from the jails in Pakistan.

What it means that anyone with serious illness, or not at the time, could commit any crime in Pakistan and he doesn't have to pay for it. He would just plea for release on health grounds.
This would make mockery of judicial and criminal legal system in any country.

Now think about it deeply. For Example Noora, Shahbaz, Zardari all had been suffering from "serious illnesses" for years/decades. It means that all the theft they did in recent years, and would do in future if given chance, would not be punishable by the State of Pakistan. Because the precedence is set that you can ask and will get clemency and bail on the grounds of poor health.

Voila. I say all the sick and elderly should start committing major crimes in Pakistan. There would be no consequences for them.
Not only that, it is advisable for every family in Pakistan to use their elderly and sick family members to commit the crimes from which they all can be benefited.
It is an open season in Pakistan.

During the hayday of the British empire they were going through great change in society and the wealth of empire paid for new ideas and literature. In my opinion a corner stone of this change were small sayings related to appropriate behaviour in society.

One of those sayings were "spare the rod, spoil the child".

Our society has spoilt because we spared the noose. Treason and abuse of power has been tolerated as long as it didn't harm the interests of the powerful.

Who are the powerful? The Army generals, the judges, senior beaurocrats, land owners, tribal leaders, businesses moguls and politicians.

These people are from the same part of society, they have formed a cabal and they put each other into positions of power.

Every now and then, they'll be challenged by an outsider, or they'll have an internal power struggle - but more often than not they maintain a balanced chaos where they all ultimately benefit.

I fear the solution will only ever be rivers of blood, of centuries of suffering and development as a society until we have the wealth and education to marginalise them.
