Featured Junagarh Will Soon Be A Part of Pakistan, Nawab of Junagarh Announces

Knowledge of Law is important. Its Apple and Orange Comparison. Instruments of Accession is just not mere document. It is the only document that legally recognise. In the same vein Gilgit Baltistan cannot get legally merged with Pakistan.

Then Hyderabad and Junagarh are legally not a part of India.
Don't you understand?

These states acceded to Pakistan legally!

But they were militarily occupied by India on the justification that their population is majority Hindu who want to align with India, and it geographically suits. So, therefore in similar spirit, we have the full claim and right to Kashmir.

He can sign the document at the Pakistani parliament putting Pakistan as witness to the deed.

We can invite parliamentarians from Turkey, Iran and representatives of the Arabs and have UN send an observation body.
We don't give a damn about the muslim bandwagon that you bring along. The boat for Junagarh has long sailed and there's no way you're getting it back without a full blown war which'll lead to mutual annihilation - the exact reason why both countries are only resorting to border skirmishes without going to an all out war for Kashmir

I think when we settle things we can take some part of Kutch but taking Junagrah is far fetching.. anyway, whosoever supported Pakistan, we must pay the dues and respect. If by Divine help, we defeat indian armed forces, we must put clause, in the peace/surrender document, to return some castles and property of Nawab of deccan and Junagarh..

There was an Indian yesterday on PDF trying to sell Kashmir to the US.

I don't think war is needed for a legitimate lawful political secession.

We decided to bring the boat back. What can you do about it?

If only that helps you sleep better at night...there's nothing you can do about it. Junagarh is an integral part of India and your lot is coming in with unrealistic claims in hopes of taking it over. Looks like the Nawab of Junagarh is tryna stay relevant in pak in this day and age

70+ years and y'all destroyed your economy sponsoring terrorism in Kashmir...something which has been disputed since independence and your ancestors feeding y'all with false hopes that Kashmir will be yours one day. If there's nothing you can do about Kashmir which is the lifeline for your sole Indus river...What can you do about Junagarh or Hyderabad other than eating more grass

There are punkheads on both sides offering foolish unrealistic suggestions every now and thn...that doesn't mean anything

He is the same nawab/raja, a living one actually, just like Hari singh in Kashmir, whose "Instrument of Accession" India like to wave for its justification for Kashmir occupation.

Hope you catch the drift. :D
India should accept his Instrument of Accession if Pakistan agrees to the Instrument of Accession of Hari Singh
I think it's just to make others realize. If India suggests that Kashmir belonging to India is justified by a mere accession paper by the ruler of the princely state, then Pakistan likewise has the right to lay claim to Hyderabad and Junagarh based on that who acceded to Pakistan but were militarily occupied by the Indian Army.
Hyderabad never signed a Treaty of Accession.

Why do you think we're doing this? It's for Kashmir, not for Junagarh.

70 years, fighting for Kashmir even under corrupt, incompetent leaders, and yet we haven't given up. Pakistan will continue to fight anotehr 70 years if it has to for Kashmir. Indians should worry about what will become of them when Pakistan rids itself of economic and infrastructural problems. It is the state's fate.

Hyderabad never signed a Treaty of Accession.

Okay, and Junagarh?
I also wonder why Hyderabad was never able to sign a treaty of accession though. It's almost as if they were military coerced into signing the treaty of accession to another state.

You had a better economy till the early 90s. Access to better weapons in the 65 War. Element of surprise in 1999. Were part of SEATO and CENTO. So best of luck now that there is a wide gap.
