CJP can dismiss a prime minister or any minister upon contempt or any other charges and they can dismiss old cases and withdraw charges too.

That's why the Sharifs want to take over the judiciary so they can dismiss Nawaz sharifs old criminal cases and bring him back to power using dallay generals.

It's goign to fail for sure inshallah.

Ye bohat gand daaley ga. And PTI won't have 2/3rd majority in senate until 2024 so can't make constitutional amendments either. Army will not be able to openly hinder IK when he comes into Power so as not to annoy the people any more but he will be used for that.
