Actually the guy in the Jeep (Mastan Khan)belongs to Waziristan and is famous for the way he decorates his jeep. He is dubbed as one of the Maliks who sided with Pak Army against Talis and because of that he had to leave Waziristan before operation. There is also a myth as people thought him to be some high profile ISI agent as the way he roams around without much guards is more than Dabang. And yeah his mustache are so long that U might need another ruler to measure its size in one go
