What we have been doing is: Building Infrastructure, schools, hospitals, Providing Employment, Electricity to Cool Kashmiris in Summer and Keep them warm in winter, an international market for their produce. Giving the people of Kashmir safety and providing free courts and an effective police force...The list goes on.
