1) A nation could be called truly developed when it finds it difficult to recruit people into armed forces

2) A military force could be termed truly patriotic when people join armed forces when the nation is fully developed.

It's a very sad state when people join armed forces due compulsions of life like lack of education and/or jobs.

What about compulsory service for atleast 3 years ?
