Jirga marries off 3-year-old girl to settle family dispute in Neelum Valley

Western Post-modernism. How are male female relations in the West these days? LOL! Anything we do or used to do in the East is subject to criticism. The West did and do worse. They are Hypocrites.

True, but i'd rather not get an arranged marriage.

Depends. But how are male-female relations in the West these days? Their birth rates are dropping like a rock. If there is no improvement in their birthrate they will cease to exist. If a culture cant reproduce itself it is doomed to disaster. That is the demographic imperative. Islam shows us the way out

in the West women prioritise their careers over raising children, its not a cultural thing but just the result of having a productive and educated society.

Here in the UK the birth rate (per 1,000) is 12.2 which is not that far off from the UAE which is 15.5 or Iran which is 18.2

Poor countries where there is little social mobility tend to have the highest birth rates, e.g Niger is 46.1, Somalia is 40.8, and Afghanistan is 38.8

the trade off is development over birth rate, and I think every country in the world would much rather take the development.

Most of Europe is averaging 1.5 births. It should be 2.2 at least. Europe is shrinking and what is worse is the momentum it is shrinking by. In Europe, Men and Women hate each other. Have you heard of MGTOW? Apparently it is a new movement in Europe and America which is a direct retaliation to Western Feminism. It is like a male feminism. The sexes are at war in Europe. Families and new-borns are the collateral damage in Europe. Only Islam has the answer to this. If Europeans think they have a hold on the situation then just look at Sweden. they are truly buggered.

A jirga in Azad Jammu and Kashmir’s (AJK) Neelum Valley, in order to settle a dispute, had a three-year-old girl married to a nine-year-old boy which police claim to be a case of Vani.

Athmuqam Station House Officer (SHO) Mohammad Farooq said the jirga in the nearby village decided to marry off Aurangzeb's daughter to Mohammad Younis's son in order to settle a dispute between the two.

Aurangzeb, who filed the First Information Report (FIR) with the area police, alleged that Younis had accused him of cheating with his wife and had demanded Rs500,000 from him as penalty if he were to absolve Aurangzeb of the alleged misconduct.

However, since Aurangzeb was unable to come up with the amount, Younis allegedly bribed the area police and had him jailed.

"That is when the jirga gathered and got my daughter married to Younis's son to settle the dispute," the petitioner alleged, claiming that his father conceded to the jirga's demand following which the marriage was solemnised.

Aurangzeb also claims that he was "forced" to give his thumbprint impression on the document the jirga prepared.

The document states that if Aurangzeb married his daughter to Younis's son, all allegations against him would be withdrawn, he would not have to pay the amount asked for and that he would not be sent to jail again.

"However, things did not go as planned and I could not send my daughter away," he claims.

The Athmuqam SHO said six out of the fifteen people who allegedly participated in the jirga have been taken into custody.

Three of the six arrested include Younis, the girl's grandfather and the cleric who solemnised the marriage.

The marriage was not registered, said the police official, adding that the police is still looking for the others accused in the case.

AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider has taken notice of the incident.

Most of Europe is averaging 1.5 births. It should be 2.2 at least. Europe is shrinking and what is worse is the momentum it is shrinking by.

For the record, that figure is per woman, so on average a woman will have 1.5 children.

Its unlikely that anything bad will happen, the effects of having a slightly lower birth rate will only start to hit around 50 years from now which gives plenty of time for countries to start coming up with solutions.

Seeing as how our planet is running low on resources, it might not even be a bad idea that a population is growing smaller because it will be much easier to then distribute resources meaning that people will have much more per capita.

In Europe, Men and Women hate each other.

Im not sure why you think this, but living in the UK I can tell you that this is not true.

Have you heard of MGTOW?

Its an online group full of autists who cant get women, so they try and hide under this label of 'going their own way'.

Nobody takes a group like this seriously, just like nobody takes seriously the feminist version of this group thats been around for decades.

The sexes are at war in Europe. Families and new-borns are the collateral damage in Europe.

The birth rate in Qatar is lower than the UK and the birth rate in the UAE is lower than France, does this mean the sexes are at war?

Only Islam has the answer to this.

The birth rates in non-Islamic Sub-Saharan Africa are much higher than in the Islamic world, so the idea that Islam is the reason for higher birth rates is wrong.

Where there is development there is a lower birth rate, this is true anywhere in the world regardless of religion or culture.

Total laanat on these beghairats. Pakistan suffers from a lack of education. But let us not ignore the other side of the coin. Look at Europe. Men and Women hate each other. It is almost impossible to have a family here. Go to any pub or bar in the West and you will see what feminist laws have done to the male-female dynamic. Men literally disintegrating because of the laws that govern them and women. You dont have to believe me. Just watch a few MGTOW videos on youtube. This is the beginning of where men in Europe make women pay for post-war feminism.

There is an issue. This is from the Guardian, hardly a Right wing bastion.

Its a sensationalist opinion piece based mainly around countries like Portugal.

and if you read it, it clearly says:

"On average, Britain’s population grew at a faster rate over the last decade than it has done over the last 50 years."

Also, you just going to ignore the other points I made.
