Why is the Number 17-601, while the jet is made in 19?? or is it something else

17 means year 2017, 6 is reserved for 2 seaters, (1 for blk 1, 2 for blk 2, 3 for blk 3 so on....) and 01 means this is the first jet of its type.


So for example the first Block 3 could be designated 19-301
