I was just checking wiki for MB seats and there are soo many versions but none has thunders mentioned. Which one do we use ?

The J-10 either uses an HTY-5 or HTY-7 which is look like a copy of the Martin Baker sju-5/6

The Russians also use domestic seats made by NPP Zvezda. The su27 and a few other aircraft use the Zvezda K-36
