If Denel offers high degree TOT then PAF will 100% go for A-Darter. Jeff will be coming with HOBS capability.

Remember the Chinese own this market. Whatever X can produce they will do better and provide. The good thing in all of this for PAF is the option to choose the best and integrate it. But the chinese have always come up tops when it comes to a competition. This is both for TOT as well as quality of products because they know PAF will go for other vendors if their product is not good enough.

I think it's in active testing phase now. Planning to be operational by next year....

Land based KORAL EW is the grand daddy of these systems. KORAL has seen actions in Syria, Libya etc. with significant success....

Totally agreed.
That's also one of the reason why it's so interesting/fun to observe what/how PAF chose weapons.
The threats from IAF is so REAL(air battles indeed happened between two nuclear powers!) that PAF can't just choose useless weapons. They know that these weapons can very likely be used tomorrow in battlefield.

Can Jf17 blk 2 carry PL15 under its belly? Blk 2 can take radar input from AWACS via Link 17 as BLK2 own radar is not enough to see that far but AWACS can see.
Their was once a rumor that Pakistan already purchased few PL15. I meant to ask that suppose that rumor was correct news then how can PAF use those missiles untill blk3 arrives?
