If today PAC Kamra is struggling due to financial issues or our social indicators are pointing negative, whose fault it is? Like all those empires, we don't need to field armies to conquer and expand rather we need it to our survival. Plus, if we today spend on PAC more instead of launching politically motivated socio-economic schemes like Benazir Income Support we will reap the benefits in next decade or two in our economy. Not only we will be able to get actual investment but it will also provide us much needed $$$. With social support programs alone, we will never able to fight poverty and our economy will keep in stress. They announce 100 of billions for youth without a policy for education, industry, export etc.
