No clue man, I just bought it a few years ago and I rarely use it. 350 to 400 Euro would be the limit. But if it's exceptionally good, I would pay more.

Its not that overpriced, actually. I've owned my bose noise cancelling headphones (its over 5 years old), still use it when im flying for conferences, or when im purposely ignoring students. lol.

It cost me only $150 back in 2009, still works wonders.

Compared to the $200 Beats headphones i've bought 6 months ago, which already broke.

U might want to look at dunu dn 2000 and hifiman re600
Although u better start off with vsonic gr07 or hifiman re 400

btw sony mdr 7550 is one of the best earphones of all times,,,,just 300$(will be my next purchase)
unfortunately its available only in japan

I have stock Bose in my car which is awesome. In my home I have a combo of infinity speakers and harmon kardon receiver which sounds equal or better than any Bose home audio.
