You do realize that they can violate/change/alter their own constitution as and when they please. A Constitution is for internal governance - it is not a pledge to the United Nations or the world at large. In fact, Saudi Arabia does not even have a Constitution till date - Pakistan's own Constitution has barely even been adhered to. That specific clause was inserted by McArthur. Wake up, it is not the 1950s.
