As far as J&K is within India GoI can do anything with Article 370.
High court of J&K just upheld its state's powers and law with this judgement.
The high court of the state said the state's laws are more important, it is just common and done all over the world.
That will not stop central Government in any way to scrap Article 370 if they choose to do so.
Please understand law, judiciary, government etc before creating threads like these with stupid titles !
