Militancy will not help the Kashmiri people what they need is jobs and a future thats why they are joining the Indian army in record numbers and now IT firms have setup shop in Kashmir for the youth there.

The Army launched the counter-insurgency operation following reports of the terrorists hiding in the forests.
As the soldiers closed in on the location of terrorists, the ultras opened fire. The security forces retaliated, triggering a fierce encounter.
