Utterly stupid post.Utterly stupid netizens .
THERE IS NO NUCLEAR TEST.
It would breach the very treaties USA has been arm twisting the world to sign up to.
It would represent the GREATEST breach of Test Ban Treaty ( the cardinal central treaty } and would make that treaty worthless overnight.
It would give Iran and anyone else to follow suit.
USA possesses the worlds MOST sophisticated systems to carry out in detail all explosions within their Lawrence Livermore Labs computer complex .
They do not need to do ACTUAL tests.
That's what I posted on the 1st page.
Well, they did not hear the explosion as no one reported it on Twitter from the ones I saw, but many saw the mushroom cloud and many took pictures of it. Who knows if it is a nuclear test, how far it actually was from the population, what kind of test it was and what kind of measures were taken for the test.I guess he thinks the 644K people (plus international tourists) who live in Vegas must have simply heard an explosion, saw a mushroom cloud, and thought nothing of it and went back to watering their gardens and tossing another few chips on the blackjack tables.
meh it's nothing...I'll take another card..
Someone had already mentioned it can be monitor by seismographic machine. There is this thing called seismographs... if US conducts such a big test that you can see massive mushroom cloud, China will hear it in their seismographs all the way in beijing.
Not to mention, Vegas will see a major shaking no need of seismographs.
It is not just about test, it is about sending a message to Russia, and Russians did received it.
nowhere in the twitter tweet is a claim that this was a nuclear explosion. All it refers to is a mushroom shaped cloud.
We are not talking about North Korea here. Las Vegas is a large city with million plus residents and thousands of tourists coming in daily
