Just to cure your ignorance, here is the education stats of countries.... Although, it is nothing to be proud of, there is not a single country on earth that has less GDP per capita and ahead of us in terms of educational statistics. Even though Turkey is the 61th country on earth according to GDP per capita (according to IMF) we are 32th on educational statistics which is a tremendous achivement if we consider these facts.

Except Brazil, China, Russia and Singapore there are no other countries that can match any OECD member so this is pretty credible source. And this clearly shows that Archdemon, there isn't much difference between Israeli and Turkish education even though Israel has the three times of GDP per capita of Turkey.
