If Pakistan army is so scared of India then how come in 48 65 and kargil Pakistan did not raise white flag like in 71? Thats because in 71 East Pakistan turned into Bangladesh by bangladeshi people. You Indians love to take pride in capturing injured lion. But I love the fact in 99 few hundred **** soldiers captured Indian land few months while Indians barked. Its a shame for India they cant protect their own land who claims to be super power. lol

So what changed from 1999 when PAF stood as mute spectator to the mauling received by PA from IAF? Reason given was lack of spares (kaiser Tufail said it, I think). How did PAF drastically recover from a situation when they couldn't engage IAF in limited war but all of a sudden ready to fight a full scale war, in 2 years?

PAF can fight a full war better than before, because they have BVR missiles available on at least on 2 platforms one of which is sanction free, AWACS, LR & MR SAMS, MRTT planes, NCW capability etc.
