India’s Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV), in its 13th flight, will launch the 2250 kg operational communication satellite, GSAT-7A from the Second Launch Pad (SLP) of Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, Sriharikota on December 19, 2018.

GSLV-F11 will inject GSAT-7A into a Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit (GTO). The satellite will be placed in its final Geostationary Orbit (GEO) using the onboard propulsion system. It will take few days after separation from launcher to reach its orbital slot.

GSLV – F11 is ISRO’s fourth generation launch vehicle with three stages. The four liquid strap-ons and a solid rocket motor at the core form the first stage. The second stage is equipped with high thrust engine using liquid fuel. The Cryogenic Upper Stage forms the third and final stage of the vehicle.

GSAT-7A is the 35th Indian Communication satellite built by ISRO. GSAT-7A Spacecraft is configured on ISRO’s standard I-2000 Kg (I-2K) Bus. The Satellite is built to provide communication capability to the users in Ku-band over the Indian region.

GSAT-7A will enable the IAF to interlink different ground radar stations, ground airbase and Airborne early warning and control (AWACS) aircraft such as Beriev A-50 Phalcon and DRDO AEW&CS. the satellite will enhance Network-centric warfare capabilities of the Indian Air Force and therefore enhance it's global operations.

In all probability, GSAT-7A will aid in the development of a SATCOM payload for the Rustom-2 or the Tapas BH-201 for BLOS mission control and flight.

I think RISAT 2A later will have some significant army functionality...but I dont think its 100% dedicated (there is a slew of others that army of course uses in various capacities too).

Do we have dedicated satellite for Navy and Army?

The GSAT-7 series will be dedicated military satellites.

GSAT-7 launched a few years back was for the Navy, GSAT-7A is for the IAF and maybe IA's Army Aviation Corps will also make use of it.
A dedicated satellite for the Indian Army(GSAT-7B) will be launched sometime in the future.

Naah, On Lok Sabha TV an ISRO scientist was asked the same question and he said we are not even utilizing the existing launch pad to its true potential.
