As I said Israeli Heron's payload has 640x480 array camera while Anka's -576x7. So both endurance and system is better. Israel and USA are two leading countries in the world in terms of airborne FLIRs (Rafael's Litening is used by 26 countries including US, UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden...).

oh please.. exactly the same discussions running in a circle.. i have a couple word for these israeli fellows, nobody is denying that israel has advanced technology in arm markets thanks to uncle sam's wallet ( billions $ military aid each yer for years + military tech. transfers )otherwise israel would have never get the chance to advance that much.. and jewish fellows would never toot around like that..

Yes they are... but turkey has to integrate these systems.. into our uav's and chopters..
but the system itself is done and is put in the list major flir systems list. along with jewish state and usa .

Where is the speed of heron? however.. anka's speed is higher and also can climb faster plus has a stronger engine.
heron only has endurance.
range but if you add turkish systems to BOTH uav's you will face problems with the heron's just like Turkey has right now.
It cannot reach 30k feet... probaly range will be reduced since it wont go as fast and fuel will be empty faster.
and what does range with satellite coverage means?
get greater range with help from sattelite from space?

Enough with this stupid payload comparing, for now ANKA designed to carry Aselflir-300T but it can carry other EO payloads if needed, just like Heron can carry all kinds of payloads, for example Aselflir-300T, the problem of integrating Aselflir-300T into Heron-1 was due to weight load of turret Unit at 93kg on the nose which is 37% of the load capacity, but the problem was solved.
Aselflir-300T have IR Detector with resolution 576x7 and Image sensor with 1440x576

Of course your defence exports are on the rise. So are Turkey's.

Except Turkey doesn't get nearly as much military and economic assistance from the U.S. as Israel has been for decades now.

If it'll take more time for Turkey to launch its satellite, then so be it. But this clearly doesn't help Israel in the long term in any shape or form. Completely isolated in the region and have run out of allies (perhaps even Egypt now?).... Good luck!
