Is it ? I had no clue. Former president Mubarak use to meet other presidents in Sharm El Sheikh. It didn't mean that it was the Capital of Egypt. Heck, President Sadat gave a speech in the Knesset which is located in Jerusalem, and Egypt still doesn't recognize Jerusalem as a capital of Israel.
Well, it doesn't have to be Jerusalem then. But i am not against and Egyptian president going to Israel, i am all for it matter of fact!!
And he was greeted with a warm and enthusiastic welcome back home with bullets, you do remember that as well, right?
