Either there will be full transfer of israeli arabs to palestine (except proud Israelies arabs like few muslims, and most of the Druze and Bedoien population) and transfer of Jews from settlements back to Israel, or they'll stay in Palestine as a minority of the state.

Assuming there is an miraculous agreement over Jerusalem and the settlements, would you personally, give the Palestinians complete autonomy over their state? Would you allow them to have an airport, a seaport and a military?

Seaport and airport where exactly? In gaza? I don't see why not, unless the truce is kept and no armed groups will attack Israel like we gave back Gaza in 2007 and got only rockets since, forcing us to place the blockade.
Army is a problem, and I don't see how Israel would agree to this, altho police force and armed border guard shouldn't be a problem.
Signals and air traffic could also become a problem, but we'll see about that.
but mostly yeah, I don't see why not, giving them anatomy will be better for us and for them.
All I care about is Israel security, and having a peaceful nation around us is better than having an enemy

Look at this, Sharif. All it takes is the will to negotiate, but the issues are too complex and opinions vary with the stubbornness that we all, of this area have. What a shame.

Even @Falcon29 suggested that Hamas & Fatah would be willing to let Israel conduct security checks at the seaport. That is an incredible sacrifice not too many would be willing to give up, but that shows how much they want peace. So what about the difference of opinion with regards to the seaport?

I'm all up for Seaport bro, I don't care for airport or what ever, altho airport thro Jordan and Egypt would be better idea cause air traffic in small country is eh.
But security should be maintained.
If Israel think it can safely guard the seaport and all the goods which pass there, I'm all up for it, altho there's no 100% in security.
