In 2016 Syrian Ambassador to India said , India should resolve Kashmir issue under Shimla Accord with Pakistan. A destroyed country ambassador enough ball to support Shimla accord . Wonder why Pakistani govt is humble.Isreal support unconditional support on Kashmir , that will turn the table ....
