Israel mocks Assad's Syria will be left with Alawi stan

. . . . . . .
And what would be Israel? Hebrew stan?

"Until now he has lost 75 percent of Syria ... He is, practically, governor of 20 percent of Syria. And his future, if I may predict it, is shrinking all of the time. And maybe we will have him as the president of 'Alawistan'," Gilad added.

Israel says Syria's Assad may be left with rump state - Yahoo News

Horrifying! With the Syrian state gone, will Israel launch a full-scale invasion of what's left of Syria to protect itself from violent, barbaric and bearded Islamists prepared to destroy the only oasis of human rights and democracy in the Middle East?

.

No way man. If Israel makes a move on Syria, Iraq and Iran and Lebanon would get involved. Sadr's Mahdi Army is nothing to joke about.

.
Can you expand on that?
Syria won't be divided into little pieces. It will remain uniform. No Alawiteistan, no Kurdistan, no Druzeistan, no whateverthehellelseistan. Not nationalistic logic here, Middle East's problems come from the sheer amount of countries that there are the the resources they have to compete for.

If anyone thinks Sadr's Mahdi Army is a joke then he needs his head checked.
1.) They are a joke.
2.) Israel is smarter than to invade Syria.
3.) Israel won't invade Syria.
4.) If they did, none of the countries you listed would intervene.

.
one hates to admit it, but a severely truncated state with Mr. Assad as a ruler, is a strong possibility. It could be a secular state as well.

Kurds and many syrian sunni arab factions will rule the rest.
