Illegal infiltrators from Africa, only in Tel-Aviv area by estimation there are 10,000 of them, justy a small fraction of them are refugees from conflict zones seeking asylum, the majority are in search for work and better living standards

Looks like a nice place. How hot does it get?

Record high temperature was measured in Jordan valley of 55c. The average temp on the shore area at summer is 34 with 80% humidity, The Eilat which the city in the most southern part of Israel at summer with 40c average and 20% humidity, the nastiest place is the lake of Galilee area at the north with tempt of 40c and humidity of 80%, the best climate is in western Jerusalem hills.

Thanks,

Would like to visit although I don't think my body could handle such high temperatures. I've been to New Delhi once when it was 40 C and I literally ran from one tree to another.

In most of cities like Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa temperatures rarely exceed 33 C. Humidity is bigger problem. But all public buildings and buses have AC.

it's sad to juxtapose Israel with the occupied Palestinian territories, which are worlds apart from eachother in terms of development and human living conditions (especially Gaza)

I do hope sanity and peace will prevail on that side of the world and a just solution would be devised.

these are some mouth-watering pictures. I have heard a lot of nice things especially about Haifa. Reminds me a lot of Beirut. One day if we have diplomatic relations with them, who knows maybe i'll even visit.

I've met some very like-minded israeli peoples; setting aside political views on some (admittedly pressing) issues, they seem like friendly people and would make good friends.
