ISPR: Economy is doing great! Pakistan Zindabad!

In the past week or two a theme has started to emerge and that is that any good or optimistic news for Pakistan seems to bring about convulsions of pain in 2 particular groups of people. The 2 groups are always the same and the reasons are always the same. The group's are the opposition parties/their supporters and the Indians.
Any good news is greeted not with hope and optimism but with fear and disdain.
The Indians I can understand, they are our enemies and will always wish the worst for us. The Pakistanis are sad, pathetic bunch who would rather see Pakistan being looted and regressing under their own chosen masters rather than do well and prosper under the PTI.
What they should realise is that economies are not only about figures and statistics. They are about images and perceptions which are created to attract FDI, business, investment, tourism which then of itself leads to better figures and statistics.
The Pakistanis need to ask themselves why the Indians sell themselves as "shining India", a democratic, colourful, happy, place full of friendly people. They have successfully created this image and reaped the results of it in both diplomatic and economic terms anda Indians have been united in propogating this narrative when the truth is that it is a fascistic shithole where minorities are lynched and tourists are raped on a regular basis.
Pakistan for once has a united, honest, sincere, forward looking team at the helm and it is but wrenching to see Pakistani politicians and their supporters trying to drag down their own country for narrow political ends, the latest example of which is the PPP and PMLN sponsored traitor Fazloo trying to cause trouble for the country.
I can see what the leadership is trying to do and why this causes do much pain to the Jiyalas/Patwaris/Indians.

You forgot the third group....PTI supporters who are so blinded by their Trumpian love of Imran Khan that they can't even begin to question BS when they see it/smell it.

Our economy is in big trouble. Exports have contracted despite currency devaluation. We have massive deficits as far as the eye can see. The solutions being offered are the same the nation saw during previous governments.

These problems were not created by Imran Khan. But they are his problems now and he is using (or being forced to use) the same thieves/liars and idiots who are behind many of the problems we face today.

That being said open your eyes and question the govt when it deserves to be questioned.

The difference is that PTIans are Pakistanis first and PTIans second. Jiyalas/Patwaris are Jiyalas/Patwaris first Pakistanis second.
The difference this time is that the main aim of the IK is to improve the country rather than improve his, his family's and his cronies bank accounts. When that changes I can guarantee you we will oppose IK as vehemently as we oppose the corrupts of previous governments.

Opposition parties and India, as for as Pakistan is concerned, are like:

When persons becomes the optics for you to believe instead for their deeds/work, disappointment is all you shall expect. The Ideas should be the concern of your discussion instead of the men. One of the reasons for the downfall of a nation is when people start to believe into a man and never look at his work/sacrifices/devotion/dedication/interest & deeds. An active army officer has no duty in running the economy.
He should know that army men have left a bitter taste in many people for their role in governence.
Right when unity is needed such comments can give oppertunity for people to malign GOP as selected government..
