Islamic State receiving funds from 40 countries, including G20 nations: Putin in aftermath of Paris

Moscow: Days after Islamic State jihadists struck Paris with multiple, co-ordinated terror attacks, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the terrorists were receiving funding from at least 40 countries.
Some of these countries are members of the G20 grouping, Putin added.

Putin made the revelation when he shared the Russian intelligence data on the Islamic State financing during the just-concluded G20 meet in Turkey's Antalya.

The G20 meet was held in the immediate aftermath of the Paris terror attacks that left 129 dead and hundreds injured.

“I provided examples based on our data on the financing of different Islamic State units by private individuals. This money, as we have established, comes from 40 countries and, there are some of the G20 members among them,” Putin told the journalists, detailing what he told his G20 colleagues over the weekend.

At the G20 Summit, Putin also spoke of the illegal trade in oil that helps the Islamic State earn huge amounts of revenue.

“I’ve shown our colleagues photos taken from space and from aircraft which clearly demonstrate the scale of the illegal trade in oil and petroleum products,” he said.

“The motorcade of refueling vehicles stretched for dozens of kilometers, so that from a height of 4,000 to 5,000 meters they stretch beyond the horizon,” the Russian President added.

It's those Saudi snakes that are the main contributors to their fellow salafists. First of all where have ya been? Hopefully not on Soi Nana. With regards to Putin, I don't there's 40 countries' Governments directly involved in significant ISIS funding. However, a good 10 to 15 countries fit the bill. That's just me of course. Putin certainly knows a lot of things I don't.

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Jordan, Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait.

Western countries:
US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Canada.

These are the main culprits.

Its not actually the governments that fund ISIS, its the rich and wealthy businessmen. In many Middle eastern countries giving charity to Islamic seminaries is seen as kind of "corporate responsibility" by companies. They don't actually know ,where their donations are gonna end up. Monarchs in the GCC gain nothing by funding ISIS. Infact, ISIS has called for an uprising in GCC and their removal. Monarchs of GCC would never risk that.

He knew since the begaining cause its most of the Russian arms been sold in black markets to create different types of armies ?
& in black market its Russian mafia , which provides weapons ?
So he has a lot of intell on the money transfers happening from the countries supporting terrorist network ?
