Islamic fundamentalism and youth in Pakistan

Islamist fanaticism and fundamentalism is the biggest threat to humanity today. The threat is multi faceted in that it also seeks to constrain people in a backward/primitive way of living besides the terrorism and fanaticism threat. This is not Islam. Today's conventional "islam" is a mirror of what Christianity was in the Dark Ages - a tool of the Churches (today, governments/Mullahs) to keep the people under control and deluded. Religion is the connection between an individual and God and the way h/she governs his/her life. A person is only answerable to God for his deeds, not the parliament. Freedom of religion, freedom of beliefs are God gifted rights which the parliament has no right to strip off an individual in the name of religion.

Have you noticed how the secular Islamic nations tend to do better relatively? All developed nations are secular today (this is because, secularist values are inherent to Islam). Leaving aside the oil rich gulf monarchies, nations like Turkey, Indonesia, Nigeria, CARs are doing better relatively. The sooner people realize that the place for religion is one's own inner self and not the parliament, the better it would be.

Although it seems most apparent in Muslim society now, there is no reason the rest of us can't look into our religions and nip it in the bud.

Secularism is merely seperation of state from religion,which by any logic does not require a war on other nations.
While i have seen you yourself supporting offensive jihads to spread islam and to defeat non believers.Do you see the difference..?
If US goes to war it may be due to geopolitical ambitions other than secularism..Its idiotic to blame secularism for that,as long as secularism does not warrant such a war like your islamic "offensive jihads"..

Are you acting like you didn't understand this simple point..?Secularism doesn't have anything to do with any wars,as it is merely a system which separates religion from politics and giving all religions equal rights.Your arguement is akin to claiming that bank robbery occuring in islamic state is due to islam!!Where as in truth islam have nothing to do with bank robbery just like secularism have nothing to do with some secular nations fighting wars for geopolitical reasons.Where as Islamic fundamentalism have war in its ideology itself,as seen from various posts of yourself claiming the Islamic right of offensive jihad against non believers.
Islamic fundamentalists(Just like militant fundamentalists of any other religion) are funny people..their barbaric violent ideology have no reasonable justification they instead try to justify by arguing that "others does it too" For eg: "secularism is violent too" , "liberals force others to dress in western style" etc.

Secularism had everything to do with wars they fight to promote these values sometimes call them independence and other things but mainly trying to promote secularism through wars

secularism is not a belief, it is rather not believing in any fairy tale or system of beliefs. If you want to attribute any wars fought between any people on any political issues as secular wars, that would be a mistake.

The number of people killed in history due to religions is far high than any other reason.
