You're absolutely right and the reason for this is we live in a world where the law of the jungle has been established by terrorist states like assrahell, in this wicked world the oppressed are thrown out of their homes, terrorized and then blamed for it when they fight against such heinous crimes. So we are at a fundamental disagreement on what the actions of the countries of the world would be if the UNSC was dissolved.

I see only more war and death as the politics of power will exist regardless if the UNSC exists. Countries will protect their interests regardless of any global vote.

Most countries value their sovereignty over global opinion.

A straight global 'direct democracy' doesn't work today because there is no method to enforce compliance to votes. Its hard enough with the UNSC existing today.

The powerful countries are not incentivized to follow the herd for better or for worse, and that's a problem.

Where there's a will there's a way, first abolish the damn thing then think about that. You can't have the cart before the horse. If Abe Lincoln thought of how the blacks would behave if they were given freedom from slavery, slavery would still exist in the US.

If terrorism and ISI disappears from Pakistan and People of Pakistan become more powerful than Army , then Pakistan can beat any country in Islamic bloc .
