If anyone in Islamic bloc deserves Permanent seat , its either Iran or Turkey .
If terrorism and ISI disappears from Pakistan and People of Pakistan become more powerful than Army , then Pakistan can beat any country in Islamic bloc .

Anyway in current scenario , no one deserves the permanent seat .

This is how permanent council should look like ;

North America - USA
South America - Brazil

Europe - Germany / France / Russia

Asia - China / Japan ( East Asia )
India ( South Asia )
Iran / Turkey ( Central Asia )

Africa - South Africa

Just because the leaders of the constituent states of OIC harp on Islamic principles as a common ground, doesn't mean everyone shares a common identity. Reality is far from different.

The under currents of societal differences among member nations are quiet strong and can only be neglected to their own peril.
