It is ok to say all of it. We all feel the same. Those who used to apply rigid rules to ban or suspend users themselves realise that it is neigh impossible to defend these acts.
Pakistan is destroyed by these jokers, who have played with the lives of 220 millions. It is about time 220 millions wake up now, their country is destroyed in front of their eyes. Wake up brothers and sisters.
All the documentary proofs were available but NAB's prosecutors purposefully and deliberately didn't provide answers to the court.
In today's world, these judges and prosecutors are playing dumbs.
There are only 2 ways people occupy a property anywhere in the world.
1- They either buy it
2- They rent it.
So why the judges failed to ask these two very simple and relevant questions from Maryam. Considering that the Sharifs are living there for 2 decades. Also fact that Hussain has admitted they own the flats and Maryam is the beneficial owner of them.
As the video above described, the property is bought on long leasehold with £550,000 in the name of Nescol Limited.
Maryam must had been the beneficial owner if she was the shareholder in Nescol Limited.
It wouldn't had been too difficult for PTI to get the submitted accounts of Nescol from British Virgin Islands?

As i have stated earlier for Maryam to be beneficial owner of the flats in London ,she had to be the director of Nescoll limited. That is normal practice in the west to own properties in Company's names but the real owners through their shareholdings are always the Directors/shareholders of the company.
What makes this decision very dubious and bogus is the fact the proofs were already with the courts. The JIT has already obtained the evidence that Maryam is the beneficial owner of the flats. Even though the lairing was used to conceal this by appointing two other companies as directors.
The British Virgin Islands Financial Investigation Agency has confirmed to the Panamagate JIT that both the offshore companies, Nielsen and Nescoll, are owned by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Safdar.
The confirmation came in a letter sent to the JIT on July 3 by the agency’s director Errol George. The letter stated that the agency had written to the relevant quarters to answer a number of questions.
In response, Mossack Fonseca & Co Limited wrote back two separate letters on June 12, 2012 stating that the beneficial owner of the two companies is Maryam Safdar, and the company’s directors are Minerva Officer Limited and Corporate Officer Limited.

The only reason Maryam was not willing to accept the ownership was to shield her father. She was too young with no sources of income when the flats were bought, which meant that her father financed the flat from corruption as public officer holder.
How the judges ignored all the evidence is because the NAB prosecutors delibrately did not produce any evidence to the court.
In the UK it is not difficult to find out ownership of properties, Leasehold or freehold You pay £3 pounds fee on Land Registry's online portal and download a copy of the ownership record.
