Fastest growing religion by rate of conversion is Christianity. Others pale in comparison. Yet fastest growing religion is Islam due to high birth rate. In most western countries, birth rate is borderline stabilized or falling (basically below replacement level).

By the way, I have been to Brazil, twice. Asstastic!

More than 100,000 people converted to Islam in U.K..How many Pakistan converted to Christianity (Many but not hundreds of thousands thats for sure) ..Fox News report that every year 30,000 Americans convert to Islam--and same fox new reports that 70,000 Muslims converted to Christianity,in Iraq,in last 2 decades ..Which religion is gaining "more" converts? One that gains 30,000 EVERY YEAR or 70,000 in TWO DECADES? I hope you can solve this one ...

Millions are people left Islam in Russia and Africa in last decade, how a couple of thousand converts make the difference. 90% of people who converted to Islam reconvert to their original religion in 5 years. The main reason people convert to Islam is not due to love of the religion, but as a symbol of resistance and they think Islam will provide emancipation and legitimacy for their deeds. Not saying it's perfect now. But they progressive on many levels especially human capital, political , economy etc. The reason they are improving their lot is because there is no social tensions.
There is no one who says that their way of life has to change. But the scenario I fear is that when there is a different and more ntolerant viewpoint that takes root , these tensions will arise slowly. Look at UK, there are people who say sharia must be imposed inUk. In France thEy don't want to follow the law. In Thailand they are fighting for separate land.
All I am saying is when a critical mass is reached there will be problems
