Physical force becomes necessary only in brutal close hand to hand combat. Even that can be remediated with martial arts. Try messing with a karate black belt girl half your size and age and you will know.

On the other hand, do check the women sniper units in the Red Army - most efficient and check their kill ratios as well.

My dad was an army officer with lady officers in his unit.

Minimal is over 30 kg, but its always more, machine gunners and their aids, grenade launchers and their aids, medics and so on. Plus if someone is injured u need to carry them too. Sorry pals but average woman is 2 times weaker than average man.

and you got to take into account they probably won't be wearing body armor which can weigh up to 7kg to 15kg
