The second part - I believe they are getting recruits from all backgrounds from developed countries too, they are calling for doctors, engineers, consultants, tech guys etc now. Plus the affluent Muslim is more in a position to make that hijrath to the caliphate, while the poor one's become potential trouble makers at home.

All Muslims who think they are oppressed by other religions or democracy or local government anywhere in the world, THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME, to join and go to Iraq and live their life happily...Coz we will be happy to see them happy in their own land IRAQ....i just don't want to see 80-90 %(Indicative) ppl to carry the burden of 10-20%(Indicative) of ppl radical thinking.

The affluent nutcases you cannot stop. But the local nutcases are the bigger problem. The ones that go there , go there and you can kiss them goodbye and detain them if they try to return. But it is these local ones that need to be nipped in the bud by hook or by crook.
