Well, many US generals, Shia clerks and Sader members said that Iran did bomb Shia shrines in Iraq and fund Alqaeda operations against shia in Iraq, that way the Shia of Iraq whether they like it or not, handed their necks to Iran.
The only concrete fact we are certain about is that Daesh has never attacked Iran, that's interesting.

I am quite certain that ISIS never attacked Iceland.
Never heard they were attacking Chile either.

ISIS was and is a creation of Saddams former cronies,
pissed off by the sectarian policies of the previous Iraqi government.
They have attracted criminal losers from Muslim communities all over the world.

The only working approach will be to run them into the ground,
